Kenneth Starr
Starr was recently named the president of Baylor University in Waco, Texas, following a 5-year tenure as Dean of Pepperdine University School of Law. Starr is best known as the former Independent Counsel appointed to investigate President Clinton's Whitewater real estate investments and the death of White House Counsel Vince Foster, an investigation that expanded into Clinton's relationship with Monica Lewinsky and led to Clinton's impeachment by the House of Representatives. Starr spoke at the University of Kansas School of Law on November 19, 2009.
